Enrico Giliberti
Born in Naples in 1945, he received his law degree with honors from the Federico II University of Naples, and in 1969 received a Master in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University. From 1969 to 1970 he was a visiting foreign lawyer with Cahill Gordon & Ohl of New York. He was co-founder of the offices of Erede Bianchi e Giliberti in Milan. In 1988 he founded Studio Colesanti and Giliberti, then Biscozzi Giliberti Nobili, always in Milan. Subsequently he founded Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia e Associati, of which he is a senior partner. He has been admitted to argue before the Italian Supreme Court since 1984. He is a member of the board of directors of some important companies as well as of commercial arbitration panels in Italy and other countries.
